The toy industry claims that every four years, a new generation of boys comes along and wants a new generation of G.I. Joe outfit toys and a GI Joe costume outfits to wear for Halloween or a masquerade party. This holds true for those of us older folk, too.

Action figures, the ever popular boy toys, have prompted a rebirth of the G. I.
